Carl Crawley joined the British Army in 1981, where he trained as an Infantry Soldier before joining the Royal Green Jackets. After 3 years he then retrained and transferred to the Royal Corps of Transport which then became the Royal Logistic Corps. Carl specialised in Transport, Logistics and Training, he has gained a wide verity of both military and civilian qualifications this coupled with operational experience world wide helped him reach the most senior rank as a soldier -Warrant Officer Class One.
Carl’s final appointment in the Army was as the Defence Master Driver a very senior position responsible for Road Safety, Training and Transport Policy for the whole of the MoD. In May 2004 after fulfilling his military contract Carl left the Army after 23 years loyal service.
Carl is now the ToPaS Development Director responsible running the MoD’s Third Party Accident Scheme across the whole of the MoD. He is your point of contact should you have any questions or queries about the ToPaS scheme, he will also arrange presentations or briefings at all levels.
Carl is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport - CMILT Member of the Association of Industrial Road Safety Officers – MAIRSO
In his spare time he enjoys Driving, Sports and all adventurous training activities, he is also married with one child.

Matthew is a member of APIL and completed the spinal injuries course. He recently settled a spinal injury claim for £1.4 Million in the case of Smith v Sullivan.

Victoria was admitted as a solicitor in 1999, and joined Betesh Fox & Co. in April 2000.
She specialises in personal injury with a varied case load of fast and multi track RTA claims, public liability, occupiers liability, employers liability, MIB and CICA claims.
Victoria has completed the Spinal Injuries Association Advanced Solicitors Training Course, and is a member of APIL. She attained a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Law, with psychology and LPC with commendation.

Martin leads a team of 17 solicitors and clerks specialising purely in personal injury and accident work.
Martin was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and joined Betesh Fox & Company in 1979. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). Martin is also nominated by the Headway Charity as a specialist solicitor in head injuries. He has been awarded certification from the Spinal Injuries Association in relation to spinal injury work.
Martin has co-authored a book, currently published by Manchester University Press, entitled "Living with Head Injury". He regularly lectures on the Manchester Law Society Personal Injury Diploma Course, which is supported by the Metropolitan University of Manchester. He also has lectured to the Bar and other firms of solicitors on personal injury litigation.
Martin was invited in 1999 to lecture in Spanish to the Valencian Law Society regarding Personal Injury litigation in England and Wales. Martin's work generally involves catastrophic injury cases and he is supported by a full team of qualified lawyers, para-legals and personal assistants. His spare time is spent with his partner and his 2 children, playing sports etc.

Helen works as an Assistant Solicitor in the PI Department. She attained a 2:1 honours degree in Applied Social Sciences before commencing her legal education and training. Helen was admitted as a Solicitor in June 2000, and joined Betesh Fox & Co. in July 2001, previously working for another leading NW practice.
Helen has specialised in personal injury law for almost 3 years, and handles a wide variety of cases.
On a personal level, Helen's interests include badminton and tennis – both of which she plays at a competitive level.
